Request a shower mat and handrail for safety—it could enhance your experience, especially in the wet room.

We had a lovely family stay. the staff were welcoming and the food was fantastic, especially the full English breakfast! The cozy room had everything we needed, and the beer selection was impressive. The view from our window was a lovely bonus.
In my wife’s opinion, a shower mat would enhance safety for the kids.

fantastic location, spotlessly clean and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. food was brilliant, especially breakfast, which was to die for. the beer garden had stunning views, and it was a cozy place to hang out. we really appreciated the good value for food. would defo stay here again to explore more.
only downside was the heating took forever to kick in when we arrived, and the bar closed too early for a weekend.

Hidden gem with awesome vibes
What an unexpected surprise! The staff were super friendly, and Darren even drove us to our party instead of us calling a cab—such a nice touch. Breakfast was killer, like the best full English I’ve had. The place is a bit small, but honestly, you don’t need much more than a comfy bed and a clean room.

The food was outstanding, especially breakfast. Our room had a loose headboard, which was a bit annoying. Enjoyed the lovely beer garden views. The bar closed too early for a weekend.
